Job Summary
To enhance clinical and operational processes, the full-time remote Low Code Systems Administrator will design, build, support, and optimize low-code applications and workflow automations using Microsoft Power Platform and Microsoft 365 technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, test, deploy, and support low-code applications and workflow automations while administering Microsoft Power Platform tools
- Troubleshoot applications and manage incidents, service requests, and production support activities to optimize solution performance
- Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, document workflows, and create technical documentation for user training and adoption support
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Healthcare Informatics, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of experience with business applications, low-code platforms, workflow automation, or reporting solutions
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse
- Strong understanding of data integration, application security, and Microsoft 365 technologies
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing multiple priorities
