Job Summary

Seeking a part-time Low Voltage Telecom Instructor, the candidate will deliver instructor-led training for students pursuing entry-level to mid-level careers in low voltage and telecom, while maintaining student progress records and supporting individualized learning plans in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct daily instruction and assessments, providing one-on-one tutoring and monitoring student progress
• Maintain and update training curricula, lesson plans, and classroom materials while ensuring students have access to relevant resources
• Collaborate with the training team to identify student needs and establish individualized plans for achievement

Required qualifications

• 1-3 years of teaching or training experience
• Strong technical background with the ability to convey complex subject matter
• Proficiency in digital engagement platforms such as Zoom for live instruction
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and relevant certifications
• Core certifications such as CompTIA Network+, Cisco certification (e.g., CCNA), or specialized cabling certification (e.g., BICSI Installer)
