Lower School Learning Coach

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lower School Learning Coach for a remote, full-time position starting in August 2026.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a learning coach, mentor, and advisor to a cohort of approximately 20 learners in 4th-5th grade
• Facilitate engaging live discussions, workshops, and enrichment sessions focused on team building and interactive learning experiences
• Provide detailed feedback on projects and writing, and maintain regular communication with families regarding learner progress

Required Qualifications

• Experience working with middle school-aged children, preferably 6th-8th graders
• Strong background in alternative education models and personalized learning
• Ability to build positive relationships and provide mentorship
• Organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to engage with parents and families regularly
