Lower School Mentor Coach

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lower School Mentor Coach for Asia & Oceania.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the lead learning coach and mentor for a cohort of ~20 learners in 4th-5th grade
• Facilitate engaging live workshops and team-building activities via live video
• Provide feedback on projects and conduct regular 1-on-1 meetings with mentor learners

Required Qualifications

• Located in Oceania or Asia
• Experience with middle school students, preferably 6th-8th graders
• Familiarity with alternative education models and personalized learning
• Comfortable with grade 4-5 math concepts
• Ability to work in a fully distributed team environment
