Job Summary

A company is looking for a Loyalty Knowledge Center Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with customers and internal teams to provide expertise on Loyalty FSP
  • Organize pre-sales sessions and client training
  • Support projects to integrate Retail insights into retailer processes

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 2-5 years of relevant experience in Retailer Loyalty, Groceries, CPG, or GM
  • 2+ years of expertise in translating data into implications
  • 2+ years of experience with computer software, including Microsoft Excel
