Job Summary

Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in CRM, retention marketing, or email lifecycle marketing in a DTC ecommerce environment
- Expert-level proficiency with Klaviyo, including segmentation and automation
- Strong understanding of customer segmentation strategies and retention tactics
- Ability to analyze data analytics and customer behavior to inform decision-making
- Passion for fitness, sports, and wearable technology
