Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in CRM, retention marketing, or email lifecycle marketing within a DTC ecommerce environment
  • Expert-level proficiency with Klaviyo, including automation, A/B testing, and deliverability optimization
  • Strong understanding of customer segmentation strategies and retention campaign execution
  • Ability to analyze data and customer behavior insights to inform decision-making
  • Passion for fitness, sports, and wearable technology
