Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute retention strategies across the customer journey, including email onboarding and reactivation campaigns
- Collaborate with marketing teams to enhance email collection and implement innovative customer engagement programs
- Utilize data analysis and Klaviyo to optimize email strategies, audience segmentation, and performance metrics
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in CRM, retention marketing, or email lifecycle marketing within a DTC ecommerce environment
- Expert-level proficiency with Klaviyo, including automation, A/B testing, and deliverability optimization
- Strong understanding of customer segmentation strategies and retention campaign execution
- Ability to analyze data and customer behavior insights to inform decision-making
- Passion for fitness, sports, and wearable technology
