Job Summary

A company is looking for a Loyalty and Retention Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute retention strategies across the customer journey, including onboarding and reactivation campaigns
  • Utilize Klaviyo for email marketing, testing content and optimizing KPIs to enhance customer engagement
  • Analyze data to inform segmentation strategies and improve email collection and retention efforts
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in CRM, retention marketing, or email lifecycle marketing within a DTC ecommerce environment
  • Expert-level proficiency with Klaviyo, including automation flows and A/B testing
  • Strong understanding of customer segmentation strategies and retention tactics
  • Ability to analyze data and customer behavior insights to guide marketing decisions
  • Passion for fitness, sports, and wearable technology
