Job Summary

Driving revenue through strategic partnerships, the full-time remote Loyalty Business Development Manager will identify new sales opportunities, master product customization for various business segments, and lead contract negotiations to expand Offerwall distribution across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities
  • Identify new sales opportunities and drive revenue through outbound sales to new prospects and lapsed customers
  • Develop and execute partnership strategies to expand Offerwall distribution across loyalty, rewards, gaming, cashback, fintech, and content platforms
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective publisher opportunities while achieving quarterly revenue and profit quotas
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Business Development, Partnerships, Affiliate Marketing, Performance Marketing, or Loyalty Programs
  • Proven experience working with Offerwall platforms on the supply side (publisher side)
  • Strong understanding of publisher monetization models and digital advertising ecosystems
  • Demonstrated success in acquiring and managing strategic publisher partnerships
  • Experience negotiating commercial agreements and partnership contracts
