Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the referral program, including strategy, execution, and performance tracking
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in customer marketing, loyalty, or retention programs, preferably in eCommerce
  • Experience managing multi-channel customer engagement campaigns
  • Familiarity with loyalty and referral platforms, CDPs, and marketing automation tools
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in loyalty and retention reporting
  • Experience working with technical teams to provide business requirements
