Job Summary
To support the growth of the David's Diamond Loyalty Program, the full-time remote Loyalty Marketing Manager will drive membership growth, engagement, and revenue through innovative marketing strategies and partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to maximize membership growth, retention, and engagement for the loyalty program
- Analyze program performance metrics and customer behavior to optimize marketing campaigns
- Build and manage partnerships with external brands to enhance member offers and experiences
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in loyalty marketing or customer engagement programs
- Proven track record of growing membership programs and driving revenue through loyalty initiatives
- Experience managing partnerships and developing co-branded offers
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations
