Loyalty Partnerships Manager

Job Summary

Loyalty Partnerships Manager, a full-time remote position, is responsible for sourcing, structuring, and managing strategic relationships with airline and hotel partners to enhance a rewards platform for affluent customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage relationships with airline and hotel loyalty partners
• Source and develop new partnership opportunities across global travel providers
• Support negotiation and structuring of partnership agreements, including commercial terms and integrations

Required Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or loyalty programs
• Experience with airline, hotel, or travel loyalty programs or adjacent fintech/rewards platforms
• Strong understanding of loyalty ecosystems, points economics, and partner structures
• Experience negotiating and managing external partnerships
• Ability to manage multiple partner relationships and initiatives simultaneously
