Job Summary

Owning the end-to-end strategy and optimization of the company's Loyalty Program, the full-time remote Loyalty Program Lead will drive partner retention, analyze booking behaviors, and implement scalable loyalty mechanics to enhance engagement and performance.

Key responsibilities
  • Design and implement loyalty mechanics aligned with commercial objectives
  • Analyze partner behavior and engagement patterns to identify performance opportunities
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the loyalty program, including ROI and impact on retention
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or a related field
  • 5-7+ years of experience in Loyalty Programs, Retention Marketing, or related roles
  • Proven experience in designing and managing loyalty or incentive-based programs
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in large dataset analysis
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and customer data management tools
