Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Loyalty Program to lead the development and management of a loyalty program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the creation and delivery of a long-term vision and initiatives for the loyalty program
  • Oversee program analysis, customer journeys, and integration plans with internal and external systems
  • Develop and implement multi-channel marketing plans and ensure the program's long-term success
Required Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of loyalty program experience in an Ecommerce environment
  • Experience in developing loyalty propositions from inception to ongoing maintenance
  • Experience with consumer-facing digital products
  • Project and stakeholder management experience at senior levels
  • Commercial experience managing complex budgets and P&L
