Loyalty Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Loyalty Build & Integration Program Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead projects to launch loyalty capabilities, overseeing specific phases or the entire project
• Define the scope and objectives of loyalty projects and develop business requirements with the Product Manager
• Act as the Product Owner in an Agile framework, providing direction to IT Teams based on business needs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; High School Diploma minimum required
• 6+ years of project management experience (8+ years in lieu of a degree) required
• Experience with Agile project framework, including defining user stories and prioritizing backlog required
• Experience serving as Product Owner required
• Hands-on experience with JIRA required
