Job Summary
To support contract administration and rebate processing, the full-time remote Loyalty Rebate Analyst will assist with customer pricing, review rebates, prepare sales reporting, and respond to inquiries related to contracts and payments.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with customer pricing and contract setup within the rebating systems
- Review and prepare customer rebate statements and sales reporting for internal teams
- Respond to customer and field force inquiries regarding contracts, rebates, and payments
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferred
- Minimum of one year experience in customer-oriented contract management or pricing
- Proficient in Microsoft Office with advanced Excel skills required
- Process-oriented with the ability to contribute to creating new procedures
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with a high degree of accuracy
