Job Summary

A company is looking for a Loyalty Strategy Senior Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze loyalty program economics, including points earning and redemption behavior
Provide analytical support for reward night pricing and evaluate member engagement strategies
Design and analyze tests related to loyalty pricing and develop dashboards for performance measurement

Required Qualifications

2+ years of experience in travel loyalty analytics, revenue management, or loyalty program management
Advanced SQL skills with experience in querying large datasets
Strong experience in building dashboards using tools like Tableau or Power BI
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, Economics, Finance, Data Science, Analytics, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
Familiarity with loyalty platforms or CRM data is a plus
