LPN Clinical Quality Reviewer
Job Summary
Supporting Clinical Quality Operations, the full-time LPN Clinical Quality Reviewer will conduct quality audits, review clinical documentation, and validate performance data to ensure compliance with healthcare standards while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct clinical quality audits across documentation, coding, and patient safety using established frameworks
- Review clinical documentation and coding for accuracy and compliance, providing feedback to improve quality
- Compile audit findings and data for reporting purposes, supporting regulatory readiness and quality policies
Required Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted LPN clinical license issued by a state licensing board
- 3 or more years of clinical experience in post-acute, SNF/LTC, or population health settings
- Experience with clinical chart review, quality auditing, or compliance review
- Working knowledge of CMS, NCQA, and HEDIS quality standards, and HIPAA requirements
- Strong documentation and analytical skills; proficiency with EHR systems and Excel
