LPN Data Quality Manager

Job Summary

Managing a team of over 300, the full-time salaried LPN Data Quality Manager will ensure the accuracy and completeness of clinical data, compliance with CMS billing requirements, and continuous process improvement while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and lead a team responsible for curating clinical data and care plan recommendations for long-term care providers
• Monitor staffing levels and productivity metrics to achieve volume and quality goals for patient reviews
• Design and enforce data quality standards and policies while collaborating with technical teams to enhance data collection processes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant healthcare operations experience preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of team leadership or supervisory experience
• Strong analytical skills with experience in interpreting reports and implementing improvement tactics
• Experience in long-term care, chronic care management, or physician practice management preferred
• Current and valid LPN or RN license preferred
