Job Summary

A company is looking for a Part-Time Junior Consumer Support Navigator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide inbound and outbound consumer support via webchat and phone, adhering to client guidelines
  • Respond to consumer inquiries and offer information using approved FAQ documents
  • Document all interactions in the database and escalate priority issues as necessary
Required Qualifications
  • Active LPN licensure required
  • Availability to work most evenings until 8:00pm EST
  • 1+ year experience in a call center within life sciences, healthcare, or patient support preferred
  • Experience with Google Drive Platform is a plus
  • Interest in transitioning to full-time opportunities in the future is a plus
