Job Summary
A company is looking for a Part-Time Junior Consumer Support Navigator.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide inbound and outbound consumer support via webchat and phone, adhering to client guidelines
- Respond to consumer inquiries and offer information using approved FAQ documents
- Document all interactions in the database and escalate priority issues as necessary
Required Qualifications
- Active LPN licensure required
- Availability to work most evenings until 8:00pm EST
- 1+ year experience in a call center within life sciences, healthcare, or patient support preferred
- Experience with Google Drive Platform is a plus
- Interest in transitioning to full-time opportunities in the future is a plus
