LPN or RN Quality Analyst
Job Summary
Working remotely on a part-time basis, the LPN or RN Quality Analyst will ensure the timely completion and accuracy of physician reports, communicate with clients and physicians, and improve processes to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Evaluate and ensure the quality and completeness of physician reports to meet client standards
- Communicate regularly with clients and physicians to clarify report details and deliver final reports according to client requirements
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance turnaround times and reduce report clarifications
Required qualifications
- LPN or RN license is required
- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Preferred experience in a healthcare and/or insurance setting
- Strong computer literacy and typing skills
- Ability to manage time efficiently and meet specific deadlines
