LPN or RN Quality Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Quality Coordinator for a contract-to-hire position.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage QA audits for dispute resolution and Medicare appeals
• Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities
• Provide training, coaching, and feedback to decision-makers and staff

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years in Medicare appeals, medical disputes, or clinical healthcare
• 2+ years of training or QA experience
• Strong knowledge of Medicare regulations and medical terminology
• Experience in clinical roles (RN, PT, RT, OT preferred) or medical necessity decision-making
• Excellent analytical and leadership skills
