LPN Provider Relations

Job Summary

Detail-oriented and communicative, the fully remote Provider Relations LPN will serve as a critical liaison between the organization and healthcare providers, ensuring accurate clinical notifications and communications while collaborating with various teams to support service coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review provider notifications and correspondence for clinical accuracy and appropriateness
• Identify discrepancies and escalate or resolve issues related to medical necessity concerns
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate resolution of provider concerns

Required Qualifications:

• Active, unrestricted LPN COMPACT license, with willingness to obtain additional licensure as needed
• Strong understanding of clinical documentation, terminology, and HIPAA regulations
• Ability to clearly convey clinical information to both clinical and non-clinical audiences
• Capability to multitask and assist in various areas as needed
• Ability to meet productivity requirements established by the company
