LPN Regulatory Review Specialist

Job Summary

To support regulatory compliance and quality outcomes, the full-time salaried LPN Regulatory Review Specialist will manage medical reviews, audits, and documentation processes while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Support payer audits and ensure timely submission of medical documentation
• Manage medical review requests and appeals with regulatory agencies and contractors
• Participate in compliance monitoring initiatives and assist with risk identification activities

Required qualifications

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical operational leadership experience in Home Health and/or Hospice
• Strong knowledge of CMS Home Health regulations and state/federal licensing standards
• Experience performing clinical chart reviews and documentation audits
• Ability to independently prioritize and manage work in a remote environment
