LTL Audit Specialist

Job Summary

To ensure timely and accurate LTL invoicing, the full-time LTL Audit & Support Specialist will collaborate with carriers and Account Managers to resolve billing discrepancies while providing exceptional customer service in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Bill all LTL shipments and run daily reports for loads requiring audit
• Identify causes for rate discrepancies and discuss solutions with carriers and account managers
• Monitor and resolve carrier aging and balance dues while maintaining relationships with stakeholders

Required qualifications:

• Minimum of 1-year LTL transportation or logistics experience required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, especially Excel
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently to meet deadlines
• Experience in researching and auditing invoicing with attention to detail
• Commitment to providing excellent customer service and process improvement
