Job Summary
To ensure timely and accurate LTL invoicing, the full-time LTL Audit & Support Specialist will collaborate with carriers and Account Managers to resolve billing discrepancies while providing exceptional customer service in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Bill all LTL shipments and run daily reports for loads requiring audit
- Identify causes for rate discrepancies and discuss solutions with carriers and account managers
- Monitor and resolve carrier aging and balance dues while maintaining relationships with stakeholders
Required qualifications:
- Minimum of 1-year LTL transportation or logistics experience required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, especially Excel
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently to meet deadlines
- Experience in researching and auditing invoicing with attention to detail
- Commitment to providing excellent customer service and process improvement
