Job Summary

A company is looking for an LTL Invoice Resolution Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, process, and manage invoice dispute resolutions and related invoicing issues
• Communicate with agents and carriers to gather necessary information to resolve invoicing disputes
• Guide corporate team and agents with invoicing and dispute resolution best practices
• Oversee KPIs related to dispute resolution and associated issues

Required Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field is preferred
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in LTL accounts receivable, billing, or dispute resolution
• High degree of accuracy
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
