LTSS and Dual Eligible Program Manager

Job Summary

Managing large-scale portfolio programs, the full-time LTSS and Dual Eligible Program Manager will ensure the successful delivery of LTSS and Dual Eligible programs while facilitating cross-functional coordination and program lifecycle milestones in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee the delivery of LTSS and Dual Eligible programs, ensuring compliance and effective communication across stakeholders
• Collaborate with functional owners and IT to identify and assign resources, while managing program scope, schedule, and risks
• Produce detailed reports and maintain ongoing communications with senior management and stakeholders regarding program metrics and budget

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in project management, Business, Computer Science, or related field required; Master's degree preferred
• Three (3) years of program management experience required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and experience with project management software
• Strong understanding of project management processes and techniques, ideally in an Agile environment
• Experience in the healthcare payer industry, with knowledge of Medicaid and Medicare
