LTSS Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an LTSS and Dual Eligible Program Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the successful delivery of LTSS and Dual Eligible programs
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective cross-functional coordination and resource assignment
• Track program metrics, manage risks, and ensure compliance with LTSS requirements

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree in project management, Business, Computer Science, or related field required
• Master's degree in a related field preferred
• Three (3) years of program management experience required
• Equivalent years of relevant work experience may be accepted in lieu of required education
• Strong experience in the healthcare payer industry, particularly with Medicaid and Medicare
