Job Summary

A company is looking for a Long-Term Services and Supports (LTSS) Waiver Authorization Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide operational support for MLTSS clinical processes in collaboration with Care Coordination and LTSS Authorization teams
  • Review reports and documentation for information concerning LOC changes and determine member eligibility for LTSS waivers
  • Submit waivers to DMAS for eligible members and assist with corrections of LOC change forms
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years related working experience in a medical setting, preferably long-term care or home health
  • Medicaid experience is required
  • Knowledge of Medicaid waiver services is necessary
  • Experience working with low-income, disadvantaged, disabled, elderly, and vulnerable populations is preferred
  • Associate's Level Degree is preferred
