Job Summary

To support and enhance an enterprise search and knowledge management environment, the contract LucidWorks Administrator will manage the LucidWorks platform, monitor system performance, and troubleshoot production issues while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Administer and support the LucidWorks enterprise search platform, ensuring optimal performance and stability
  • Improve search relevancy and assist in implementing enhancements to the search platform and related tooling
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to understand needs and provide operational guidance on enterprise search best practices
Required qualifications
  • Experience supporting enterprise search technologies such as LucidWorks, Elasticsearch, or Solr
  • Understanding of search indexing, relevance tuning, and content retrieval concepts
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot production support issues within enterprise applications
  • Experience working in both operational support and enhancement-focused environments
  • Strong communication skills and stakeholder interaction experience
