Job Summary

LucidWorks AI Search Administrator, a contract position, is responsible for administering and supporting the LucidWorks enterprise search platform, optimizing search functionalities, and collaborating with stakeholders to enhance content retrieval experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer and support the LucidWorks enterprise search platform, including monitoring performance and troubleshooting issues
  • Improve search relevancy and assist with enhancements to the search platform and related tools
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to prioritize work and provide operational guidance
Required Qualifications
  • Experience supporting enterprise search technologies such as LucidWorks, Elasticsearch, or Solr
  • Understanding of search indexing, relevance tuning, and content retrieval concepts
  • Experience troubleshooting production support issues within enterprise applications
  • Ability to work in both operational support and enhancement-focused environments
  • Experience working within cloud-based or enterprise application ecosystems
