Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director, Regional Medical Science Liaison Team Lead - West.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coach a lung regional field medical team, overseeing implementation plans and performance indicators
• Drive regional thought leader engagement and foster scientific exchange
• Collaborate across functions for launch planning and execution, while mentoring MSL direct reports

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Advanced medical/scientific doctoral degree (MD, PharmD, PhD) required
• 10+ years of experience in the Pharmaceutical or Biotech Industry with Medical Affairs
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing Field Medical teams
• Experience in lung targeted therapy and global product launch
• Demonstrated expertise in oncology and recruiting Field Medical talent
