Lustre Filesystem Developer

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Lustre Filesystem Developer, the remote position will focus on delivering a production-grade Lustre solution for AI and HPC workloads, involving core Lustre components and system-level integrations.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement features to enhance Lustre deployability, operability, and lifecycle management
• Own and deliver production-quality features across Lustre and system integration layers
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues and contribute to performance tuning for large-scale AI/HPC workloads

Required qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in distributed systems, storage systems, or filesystem development with strong Lustre expertise
• Deep understanding of Lustre architecture and behavior in production environments
• Strong systems programming skills in C and Linux, with experience debugging across system boundaries
• Familiarity with HPC or AI infrastructure and performance tuning at the system level
• Experience working with open-source development models and upstream communities
