Luxury Air Specialist

Job Summary

To support luxury travel experiences, the full-time Luxury Air Specialist will manage air travel requests for Independent Advisors using the Sabre GDS system, delivering personalized itineraries and exceptional service in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Fulfill air booking requests and provide personalized travel recommendations for clients
• Demonstrate creativity in crafting complex itineraries and managing air bookings from reservation through post-travel follow-up
• Maintain proactive communication with clients and advisors, ensuring a high-touch luxury service experience

Required qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in air travel reservations or ticketing, preferably in a luxury leisure environment
• Advanced proficiency in Sabre GDS, including ticketing and fare construction
• Strong understanding of airline fare rules and premium cabin products
• Proven ability to deliver proactive, white-glove customer service
• Flexibility to work standard Air Desk coverage until 8:30 PM ET, including weekends
