Job Summary
Luxury Customer Service Representative, responsible for providing high-quality customer care in a full-time role, managing inbound calls and emails related to product inquiries, troubleshooting, and warranty support.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional consumer experiences for luxury products, encouraging positive word-of-mouth promotion
- Provide product and technical support by troubleshooting and resolving consumer issues effectively
- Maintain professionalism while managing sensitive consumer situations and meet performance standards
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- 2 years of experience in a contact center or fast-paced customer service environment required
- Proficient PC skills, particularly in Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to thrive in a focused work environment with high observation demands
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
