Job Summary

Luxury Customer Service Representative, responsible for providing high-quality customer care in a full-time role, managing inbound calls and emails related to luxury kitchen and bath products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional consumer experiences that promote positive word-of-mouth for luxury products
  • Handle inbound calls to troubleshoot product issues and provide technical support
  • Maintain professionalism and meet performance standards in a fast-paced environment
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • 2 years of experience in a contact center or fast-paced customer service environment required
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and documentation
  • Proficient PC skills, especially in Microsoft Office suite
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
