Job Summary
Luxury Customer Service Representative, responsible for providing high-quality customer care in a full-time role, managing inbound calls and emails related to luxury kitchen and bath products.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional consumer experiences that promote positive word-of-mouth for luxury products
- Handle inbound calls to troubleshoot product issues and provide technical support
- Maintain professionalism and meet performance standards in a fast-paced environment
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- 2 years of experience in a contact center or fast-paced customer service environment required
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and documentation
- Proficient PC skills, especially in Microsoft Office suite
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
