Job Summary
Luxury Customer Service Representative, responsible for providing high-quality customer care in a full-time position, managing inbound calls and emails related to product inquiries and troubleshooting in a luxury brand environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional consumer experiences that promote positive word-of-mouth for luxury products
- Handle inbound calls to troubleshoot product issues and provide technical support
- Document consumer interactions accurately and meet performance standards for call quality and productivity
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- 2 years of experience in a contact center or fast-paced customer service environment required
- Proficient PC skills, particularly in Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to maintain professionalism in high-pressure situations
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
