Job Summary
Providing exceptional customer service and consultative sales support, the remote Luxury Hospitality Sales Representative will assist callers with hotel reservations and booking confirmations for upscale properties on a contract basis.
Key responsibilities
- Assist callers with hotel reservations and booking confirmations for luxury properties
- Deliver high-quality customer service while engaging in consultative sales
- Manage flexible scheduling to accommodate client needs, with phone lines open 24/7
Required qualifications
- Experience in sales and customer service, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Personal experience booking 4 and 5-star properties is strongly preferred
- Ability to work independently as an independent contractor
- Must have a personal computer with Windows 11 and a wired internet connection
- Wired USB headset with a microphone is required for communication
