Luxury Marketing Director

Job Summary

To drive luxury marketing initiatives, the full-time Luxury Marketing Director will manage a team of Luxury Marketing Managers and Specialists remotely, collaborating with agents and local operating companies to enhance brand awareness and achieve key marketing objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Support top-producing luxury sales associates by overseeing their marketing needs and coordinating with luxury marketing teams
• Coordinate luxury events and communications to promote the Global Luxury program and increase market share
• Analyze market data using PowerBI to identify growth opportunities and track key performance indicators for luxury initiatives

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in luxury marketing or real estate marketing
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams
• Proficiency in data analysis tools, particularly PowerBI
• Ability to develop and execute marketing strategies for luxury markets
• Experience in event coordination and communication within a corporate structure
