Job Summary

As a key member of the Talent Acquisition team, the full-time FLEX Market Recruiter, Luxury will drive talent acquisition strategies for property management positions, managing the full recruitment lifecycle while working remotely from any location in the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic talent advisor to Hiring Managers, leveraging market intelligence and recruiting metrics to inform hiring decisions
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to build diverse, high-quality talent pipelines in collaboration with Talent Sourcing Specialists
• Manage the interview process and facilitate the offer process, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers

Required qualifications

• BA/BS degree and 4+ years of professional experience or 8+ years of professional experience
• Knowledge of recruiting, labor market trends, and talent mapping
• Ability to leverage data and analytics to inform recruiting strategies
• Experience negotiating employment offers and managing candidate expectations
• Preferred experience in an agency/search firm or highly matrixed business environment
