Luxury Sales Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Luxury Sales Specialist to drive conversions and deliver exceptional service in a fully remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide information to travel partners to promote products and secure reservations
• Manage incoming calls and respond to pre-departure inquiries from travel partners and guests
• Maintain KPIs in a high-volume inbound call center while maximizing sales opportunities

Required Qualifications

• At least two years of travel industry or call center experience in a sales capacity
• Ability to handle customer calls in Spanish is a plus
• Experience with Salesforce is preferred
• Training in consultative sales or specialized knowledge about cruising is advantageous
• Receptive to coaching and motivated to improve and grow
