Job Summary

A company is looking for a Luxury Sales Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide information to travel partners to promote products and secure reservations
  • Manage incoming calls and respond to client inquiries regarding existing reservations
  • Maintain KPIs in a high-volume inbound call center while maximizing sales opportunities
Required Qualifications
  • At least two years of travel industry or call center experience in a sales capacity
  • Ability to handle customer calls in Spanish is a plus
  • Experience with Salesforce is preferred
  • Training in or experience with consultative sales is advantageous
  • Specialized knowledge about the regions visited or cruising is beneficial
