Job Summary

To drive conversions and deliver exceptional service, the full-time Luxury Sales Specialist will build and nurture relationships with travel partners, guiding them through the booking process for Uniworld River Cruises while working remotely and maintaining high performance in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide information to travel partners to promote products and secure reservations, ensuring accuracy in sales transactions
  • Manage incoming calls related to client pre-departure inquiries and respond to travel agents and guests' needs in a timely manner
  • Leverage customer service and sales skills to maximize sales opportunities and maintain KPIs in a high-volume inbound call center
Required Qualifications
  • At least two years of travel industry or call center experience in a sales capacity
  • Ability to handle customer calls in Spanish is a plus
  • Experience with Salesforce or training in consultative sales preferred
  • Specialized knowledge about the regions visited or about cruising is advantageous
  • Availability to work standard hours on Pacific Time, including 1-2 Saturdays a month
