Key responsibilities

• Own the full travel experience for ultra-high-net-worth individuals and family offices, from initial requests to on-trip support
• Leverage exclusive partnerships to provide members with upgrades and benefits not available to the general public
• Maintain professional communication and meticulous booking records, ensuring timely responses and flawless execution of requests

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in luxury travel, high-end hospitality, or a concierge environment
• Strong knowledge of luxury travel products and destinations
• Ability to remain organized and calm in high-pressure situations
• Excellent communication skills tailored to sophisticated clientele
• Availability for rotating shifts, including evenings and weekends
