Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Luxury Travel Designer, the successful candidate will design bespoke travel experiences for ultra-high net worth clients, managing every detail from initial consultation to post-trip follow-up in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Consults with clients to understand their preferences and exceed their travel expectations
• Builds and manages personalized itineraries, including accommodations, transportation, and activities
• Acts as the primary contact for clients, fostering long-term relationships and providing ongoing support throughout the travel lifecycle

Required qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience designing luxury travel for high-net-worth clients
• Familiarity with CRM and project management tools
• Extensive personal travel experience and a strong cultural curiosity
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to manage a high-volume inbox and complex calendar efficiently
