Luxury Travel Specialist

Job Summary

Seeking a results-driven Luxury Destination Specialist - Tropics, this remote position will manage relationships with partner travel agencies, create bespoke high-end itineraries, and convert leads into bookings while exceeding revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for partner travel agencies and their luxury clients, delivering a seamless and premium service experience
• Create bespoke, high-end itineraries tailored to client preferences, ensuring each experience exceeds expectations
• Proactively engage with partner agencies to build and strengthen long-term relationships through effective communication and reliable support

Required qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of proven success in sales, ideally in luxury travel, hospitality, or a travel agency environment
• Demonstrated ability to close sales and consistently meet or exceed targets
• Experience selling Caribbean and Mexico destinations
• Proficient in CRM and travel reservation software
• A genuine passion for luxury travel and creating exceptional client experiences
