Job Summary

Working remotely, the part-time Fora Specialist - Tropics will manage incoming luxury travel inquiries, provide expert guidance throughout the booking process, and deliver exceptional service to luxury travel advisors focusing on Caribbean and Mexico destinations.

Key responsibilities

• Claim and manage travel inquiries from the UJV platform, ensuring a seamless booking experience
• Guide Fora advisors during the planning stages and recommend luxury destinations and properties
• Coordinate personalized travel experiences and maintain proactive communication throughout the booking lifecycle

Required qualifications

• Passion for luxury travel with an interest in Caribbean and Mexico destinations
• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, sales, or a client-facing role preferred
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, queue-based environment
• Willingness to learn and improve with a coachable mindset
