M and A Due Diligence Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for an M&A Transaction Advisory / Due Diligence Consultant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive operational, commercial, and financial due diligence on targets across industries
• Assess operational performance, supply chain resilience, cost structures, and scalability
• Quantify EBITDA adjustments, synergies, and value creation opportunities

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years in transaction advisory, due diligence, or M&A consulting, preferably with a PE focus
• Deep experience in operational due diligence and post-merger value creation
• Strong financial modeling and data analysis skills
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or relevant certifications preferred
