M and A Integration Director

Job Summary

Managing the overall operating platform deployment, the remote Director, M&A Integration will serve as the primary point of contact for conversion-related activities, ensuring project schedules are met and stakeholder needs are addressed.

Key responsibilities

• Manage deployment plans and project resources, coordinating with cross-program work streams
• Oversee the end-to-end implementation lifecycle, including building project schedules and tracking milestones
• Facilitate steering committee meetings and manage communications with corporate and end-user stakeholders

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in management or technology consulting, or relevant project management experience
• Bachelor's degree
• Experience with insurance and/or brokerage operations
• Familiarity with agency management system implementation
• PMP Certification preferred
