M and A Strategy Corporate Development Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for an M&A Strategy and Corporate Development Lead.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate alternative Corporate Development/M&A strategies to best-fit business objectives and market conditions
• Develop acquisition criteria and identify potential M&A targets/relationships
• Conduct target assessment, preliminary valuation, and potential synergy analysis

Required Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in strategy/business consulting and/or mergers and acquisitions (M&A)
• Proficient in financial analysis and Excel modeling
• Strong research and executive reporting skills
• Project management experience
• Excellent interpersonal skills
